2. Products and prices

Each product page shows the description, materials, sizes and photos. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real thing.

All prices are in Georgian lari (₾). At checkout you see the final amount, with the goods and the delivery fee shown separately.

Prices may change, but the price of an order already placed does not.

3. Ordering

Once you place an order you get an order number. If anything needs checking, we will call you.

If the size you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we will tell you and offer another size or a full refund.

4. Payment

All payments are in lari. You can pay:

• by card online, on Bank of Georgia's secure page. Your card details never reach us and we do not store them;
• in parts or by online installment, also on Bank of Georgia's page, when these options are available. The bank makes the decision;
• by bank transfer: after you order, we contact you with the account details.

5. Delivery

Delivery costs 6.50 ₾ in Tbilisi and 15 ₾ to the regions. Once the goods reach 350 ₾, delivery is free. Times and details are on the "Delivery and returns" page.

6. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel an order before it ships, and return shoes within 14 days of receiving them. The conditions and how refunds work are on the "Delivery and returns" page.

7. Pre-orders

Some models are sold as pre-orders. The expected arrival date is on the product page, and we ship the shoes as soon as they arrive. If the arrival is delayed, we will let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.

8. Personal data

We use your details only to fulfil your order. See the privacy policy for more.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something is not right, call or email us and we will try to sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. An order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
